The Beast's phone number sold

So aparently one of the most expensive phone numbers in the world is 666-6666 (which is sort of wierd to me, why wouldn't it be something more hopefull like 777-7777)was auctioned, yes auctioned, off to a new owner for charity recently in Qatari for a sum of £270,000. Equivilant to $345,924.
